Delete your account

When you delete your account, your profile, photos, ads, requests, and comments are permanently deleted. For security reasons, we cannot delete your account for you. You must be able to log in to your account to request deletion.

To request permanent account deletion, follow these steps in the app:

• Go to Profile and press Delete account.
• On the first screen "Help us improve", select one of the reasons for deletion and click Continue.
• On the second screen, "What exactly went wrong?", leave feedback in the text box and click Continue.
• A final confirmation will appear in a pop-up window. Review the information and click Leave a request.

It usually takes up to 30 days to delete an account, but this period may be extended due to legal requirements or other circumstances.

If you sign in to your account, the scheduled deletion will be automatically canceled.
