Request for deletion of data

To request the deletion of certain of your data from the Givetol app, follow these steps in the app.

• Go toProfile and press Delete account.
• On the first screen "Help us improve", select one of the reasons for deletion and click Continue.
• On the second screen, "What exactly went wrong?", leave feedback in the text box and click Continue.
• A final confirmation will appear in a pop-up window. Review the information and click Leave a request.

It usually takes up to 30 days to delete an account, but this period may be extended due to legal requirements or other circumstances.

If you sign in to your account, the scheduled deletion will be automatically canceled.
